THE PROCESS

1        The process starts with you and your Trader / Mentor getting to know each other and arranging the basis for communication. Your mentor will be reviewing and
discussing every single trade that you make with you clear and fast communication channels are essential. You mentor will also supply you with trading techniques and
material when appropriate.

2        Start trading a very simple technique right away.  The objective is to see if you have the discipline and competency to follow simple trading rules. You will need to trade 21
trades in a row without default before moving to the next phase (Please note we are not talking about you having 21 successful trades in a row) You need to prove that you are
able to follow a trading technique.

3        You are then ready to trade a more advanced technique and apply  money management rules. (Again the technique will ensure profitability – you need to prove that you
can apply sound money management rules and a trading technique very precisely) Again you will need to trade 21 trades in a row without default before moving to the next
phase.

4        You will then start testing filters what increase your chances of success and after deciding on the most effective ones you will need to trade 21 trades in a row without
default and profitably before moving to the next phase.

5        Together with your mentor you will then design personal trading techniques that take your personal trading makeup into account. These techniques will be back traded
for 21 trades and then demo traded for 21 trades. Again you will need to trade 21 trades in a row without default and profitably before moving to the next phase.

6         Should you have complied with all the advancement criteria up to this point Expert4x will then open a personal live account for you to trade so that you can apply your new
skills in live trading. Again you will need to trade 21 trades in a row without default and profitably before moving to the next phase.

7        Should you have complied with all the advancement criteria up to this point Expert4x will then give you a client account to trade you to trade so that you can apply your new
skills trading other peoples money. Again you will need to trade 21 trades in a row without default and profitably before moving you will be given larger amounts to trade.
Alternatively you can trade your own account.

8        You can revisit any of the stages with you mentor should you require a refresher.

We have found that this process of making sure that traders are trading regularly on a fixed rule basis is the best and quickest way of telling whether you have the makeup to
become a highly successful trader. The process also creates a success track record which is important for trading confidence and success.


CONTENT

During the above process all the key trading aspects will be addressed at the appropriate times determined by your trader / mentor. These include fundamental factors,
technical analysis techniques, back testing and system testing, money management, Trading probabilities, psychological trading factors, currency selection, market analysis
processes etc.

We believe that trading an activity such as swimming or golf that can’t be learnt from a book. You need a good coach and you need to be active in the market every trading day –
in the end the market will be come your best teacher.


MINIMUM PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS

While doing your compliance trading we expect you to be in the market and trading every day. You will need to trade a minimum of 2 trades a day. Should you miss a day or not
trade the required number of trades you will have to move back to the start of your 21 trade cycle.
